Casting quarters into wells that hold our dreams

Went to work tonight thinking... this is going to be an easy shift... only 4 hours *shrug* .  However, when I get here, there is a no call no show, and I have to work a full because of some moron.  Grrr.  On a happier note, I am relaxed, calm and cool.  Its nice to know that all bills are paid (if only for this month) and I can sit back and relax, because I have a kitchen full of food (YAY) with 2 teenage gremlins, that is a feat in itself.  The last 2 years have been a financial struggle with losing my job, and getting one that is part time and half the money that I am used to.  Rob is still in school, so he wont be working for at least another semester (hence the stress).  But today is a good day... And I remember... there are worse people out there than me... gave my sandwich for lunch at work to a guy under the bridge by the freeway... he needed more than me anyway.  And all the blessings I have are counted.
